Braemar College is an independent, co-educational, ecumenical school for students in Years 5 to 12. The College has two campuses near Woodend, less than an hour from Melbourne's CBD.

This position is a full-time fixed-term position for 2027.

The position teaches in the Middle School, Years 5 to 8.

About You:

The College seeks an outstanding teacher who is knowledgeable and passionate about the Mathematics and Science curriculum and current pedagogical thinking. It is expected that you will:

• Have an enthusiastic approach to the education of young people, including a focus on developing skills and underpinning knowledge.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with staff, delivering Mathematics and Science programs across the school.
• Show a willingness and capacity to contribute to students' well-being by providing support and challenges, and giving them confidence to aspire and thrive.
• Display innovation in curriculum and collaborative learning approaches
• Have a tertiary teaching qualification that enables you to teach Mathematics and Science.
• Display an individual learning disposition that strives for continual improvement.
• Be a current VIT registered teacher.
